Photography is timeless, and I believe a picture says a thousand words. Have you ever looked at your grandparent's old photo albums and reminisced on what it may be like in those days, or felt like you were there with them? That is what I am going for. The camera has a way of freezing a moment in time like no other medium.

If you're wondering--I didn't choose my name just because it sounds catchy. My couples actually chose it for me. After 8 years of being Katie Jean Photography and vibing with some really awesome couples I started to hear a recurring phrase: "True Story!" Or "True Story Bro!". You can urban dictionary that last one! I realized that I can relate with my couples at such a level that by the end of the day we are laughing, telling jokes, and swapping similar stories about life, love, dogs, etc. And therefore--True Story Photography was born. I tell your "True Love Story", via my photos... whatever it may be!
